Project Details

For Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center, an 18,000‑square‑foot, two‑story clinical facility—complemented by an adjoining hospital administration building—was engineered using our advanced modular aluminum system. The structure was designed for rapid on‑site assembly with precision‑fabricated components that ensured both clinical-grade durability and energy‑efficient performance. The system’s modular components were extruded to exact dimensions, helping to significantly reduce construction waste and expedite the build process without compromising on performance.

The engineering solution delivered not only met the rigorous standards of a medical facility but also seamlessly integrated with the adjacent administrative space. Emphasizing fast fabrication and assembly, the design provided robust support for critical building systems while maintaining a flexible framework that could accommodate future modifications. This project illustrates how innovative, modular construction techniques enable the delivery of high‑performance, sustainable structures within tight timelines—all tailored to meet the strict demands of healthcare infrastructure.
