Spanning 61 feet in length, 33 feet in width, and reaching a 20‑foot height, the structure features hidden beams that create an unobstructed interior space capable of supporting heavy HVAC systems. Large glass facades seamlessly integrate with sleek steel cladding and discreet parapets, emphasizing an ultra-modern aesthetic and sophisticated engineering precision.

The building’s design enables tall ceilings and an expansive, open environment, reflecting Aloyd’s commitment to delivering structurally innovative and highly adaptable spaces. The hidden beam configuration and modular fabrication techniques ensure a flawless assembly process, reinforcing both the architectural integrity and the refined, contemporary appeal of this standout riverfront venue.
